1. Introduction

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Marque One platform (marque-one.com), operated by 10th Bridge Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Marque One website and all associated services. "User" means any individual or entity accessing the platform. "Dealer" means a verified automotive dealer with an active subscription. "Buyer" means a registered user browsing or enquiring about vehicles. "Listing" means a vehicle advertisement published on the platform.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Vehicle Listings

Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, specifications, mileage, and condition descriptions. Marque One does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information. Vehicle images must accurately represent the vehicle being sold. Price on Application (POA) listings must reflect genuine vehicles available for sale.

5. Intelligence Reports & Buying Guides

Intelligence reports and buying guides are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a purchase decision. We recommend independent vehicle inspections before any purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including intelligence reports, buying guides, market data, brand assets, and software, is the property of 10th Bridge Consulting Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10th Bridge Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not participate in or guarantee any vehicle transaction between buyers and dealers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
